Kids Play....

Hi there...long time no see!! Hopefully I will be able to post more often now....
Yesterday I was having a play with the FAB Flourishes stamp set 'Kids Play' available from the lovely Emily here
I decided that I wanted something fairly quick and simple...sort of ease myself back in gradually......and also use  my favourite Monochrome colours...Black and White...I hope you like it..

I used one of my Nestie shapes to stamp on. She is stamped and clear embossed. For the matt I used one of my 'Bug embossing folders..'Bubbles' I think and embossed the edges with White embossing powder. The sentiment and long stamp were just clear embossed....Told you it was quick and easy!!!

Hopefully see you again very soon......I have heard little whispers that we are nearly on our 500th post and Emily might just have something special in mind.....

Make a wish

Hello.
For today I have used the gorgeous Kids play set from Flourishes.
I stamped the image then used distress inks to age it.
I added it to a nesties label.
I made the back ground using another Flourishes set...
Country charm labels.
You can see all flourishes here.
Thanks for looking.

Unleash your Joy

Hello.

With so many fab stamps at Make the day special i had trouble choosing what to show today.

Finally i went with Flourishes stamps.

There are lots of new stamps from flourishes and if you had your eye on something that was out of stock they are all back in stock now.
The sets Ive used are

I made the background paper using the little flowers from country charm labels.

I coloured the stamp using Zig art pens then stamped.

I used the same technique on the main image from Kids play.

Ive kept it very simple and only added some card candy to finish.

Oh and the country charm labels are compatible with nestibilites.

Thanks for looking.
