Flowery thank you.

My card today uses the Layers of Color set "Flowering Gems". I love this stamp set as there are so many ways it can be used......my next card I'm going to stamp on patterned papers.
For this card I stamped each flower and leaf with brown Memento ink before colouring them all with Promarkers and cutting them all out.

Papers used: Provocraft and Papermania
Inks and colouring: Memento and Promarkers
Also used: Martha Stewart border punch, sewing machine, Heidi Grace sentiment stamp.

Celebrate Today

My card for you today is another mini card (4" x 4") - I do love this size!  I used stamps from the lovely Celebrate Today set of stamps, by My Cute Stamp, available from Emily at Make The Day Special.
I inked the background with Bundled Sage DI and stamped one of the swirly images all over, then I stamped one of the flowers onto pink pp several times and cut them out, doing the same with the sentiment.  I doodled round the words and the edges of the mat to match the style of the flowers and added adhesive gems in the flower centres and corner.

Materials:
Stamps - My Cute Stamp
Inks - Memento and Distress Ink
Other - black pen, adhesive gems

Love lights the way

I have a mini card to share with you today made with stamps from the Adventures in Happiness kit available from 'Make the day Special'. There are so many sentiments in this set and images of all different sizes, it is the ideal set for putting together quick simple and stylish cards.

To make the card, I cut a blank using my heart shaped Nestabilities and covered the front with red card. I cut a smaller heart from lined paper and stamped the images with brown Memento ink. I added gems, coloured the heart with Sakura pen and glossy accents. As a finishing touch, I added a bow topped with a tiny red heart button.
Have a lovely Friday!

Insightful Meadows On Fabric

Just a quick blog post from me today to show you the outcome of a little experiment. I've been playing with fabric again and I thought I would try stamping on fabric with bleach.

I've used one of my favourite Unity sets (I think I can probably say that about all of them!) Insightful Meadows for this one.

Think I shall play about with this some more - I quite like the effect LOL!

Thanks for looking and catch you later!
Kim

Pop flowers

Hello a really quick and simple card today with stamps from " My cute stamps" Pop flowers . I stamped straight onto the card then i stamped on another piece of card for the flowers and used a circle punch, then added them to the card using foam pads. I finished the card by adding faux stitching all round the edge. I also used the "hello"
stamp inside but forgot to take a picture.
Thanks for looking.
